Shipping & care
Delivery promise
Preview within 24 hours. Handmade production usually takes 3–5 business days. Worldwide delivery is typically 7–12 days after dispatch.
Remake promise
If a custom portrait doesn’t look right, we will remake it once. If it still misses the mark, we will refund the order.
Returns
Ready-made pieces can be returned within 14 days if unused. Custom pieces are made for you, so contact us first and we will find a fair solution.
Payment protection
We plan to support protected checkout options including PayPal Goods & Services and Shopify checkout as the store moves from MVP to launch.
Frequently asked
Do you use AI-generated product photos?
No. Product photos will show actual embroidery and real studio work. Preview images are clearly marked as previews.
Can I request a change after seeing the preview?
Yes. The preview stage exists so you can ask for a reasonable adjustment before production.
Where do you ship?
We are building for international orders and will publish the exact dispatch location, delivery estimates and tracking options before launch.
How can I contact you?
